NZ Literacy Association 42nd Conference, Christchurch 2019 Workshop Submissions

Thank you for your interest in presenting a workshop at this Conference. Please complete the form, giving as much information as possible. This will allow us to complete the fullest picture on the Workshop you are offering. The over-arching themes for the conference workshops are…

  1. Learning through the arts – drama, storytelling, visual arts, puppets, dance, music…
  2. Love of literature- inspiring our students with a love of literacy and learning – library, engagement, authors, illustrators, creativity, rich literature, poetry…
  3. Sharing our practice-based inquiries and research – including spiral of inquiry, NZLA research, Kāhui Ako research…

* All workshops will be an hour duration

* Workshops submissions close Monday 6 May

*** The Marie Clay Literacy Trust conference workshop presenter awards***
All non-commercial NZ workshop presenters will be eligible to enter a draw for one of five $1000 prizes. Draw supervised by the Conference committee. The Trust will not engage in any correspondence.
Winners will be announced at the closing ceremony.
