There is a ‘Digital Class Ceiling’ holding back the potential that modern devices can deliver for students. This workshop will seek to break through this glass ceiling and show what the true potential of a modern 21st Century device can be.
In the last 20 years schools have taken on technology that is incrementally advancing. In this workshop the iPad will be examined to see how it is transforming teaching and learning in New Zealand. No matter what the mode of literacy – Voice, Acting, Video, Animation the student can communicate in their “Voice” of choice. Not just reading and writing which has been well served for many years.
