| April | AGM completed by end of March NZLA executive election – round 1 Calendar of events for current year up on website Forum – mid April; send council report, update numbers on NZLA online directory Honour Council documentation for previous year to NZLA Secretary & President To NZLA secretary: Annual Meeting requirements Citation of Merit nominations to NZLA President by April 30 |

| July | Forum – mid July; send council report, update numbers on NZLA online directory Send advert for Literacy Trust Travel Award and NZLA Research scholarship for Aug 1 gazette Travel Award and Research Scholarship open 1st July |
